Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order please contact me at hello@craftedbydottie.com. Please make sure to keep all your packaging until we have figured out a solution. If we have to file a claim, USPS requires pictures of the packaging and if I need you to return the product, the packaging will be the best to use.

Please note that if your product needs to be returned I will send you a label if the issue was my fault. If the error was due to you providing the wrong information after looking at the proof, you are responsible for shipping both ways.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
